At Sonic Boom Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all vinyl, CDs, and merchandise are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original mailer or a sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
